Albion Places Sophomore Defender On All-MIAA Second Team

More news about: Albion women's team

Albion College sophomore defender Caroline Eagan was voted to the all-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association second team, league publicist Greg Chandler announced Nov. 12.

A Bloomfield Hills native who prepped at Lahser High School, Eagan was a starter in 15 matches. She produced goals in road contests against MIAA rivals Hope College and Alma College and in the home match against Kalamazoo College.

"Caroline has been great addition to the program," Albion Coach Eric Scott said. "She brought with her experience in big matches in club and her previous school, she is fantastic on the ball, and understands her role in the program very well. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor, and does a good job competing every day."
